M/Y TAIL LIGHTS has just completed a $1.5 million dollar major refit during summer 2016 and is stunning!
Her new paint job boasts a two tone Stoppani metallic gray hull, while the exterior is stylishly outfitted with NEW teak deck furnishings, accented with neutral taupe fabrics, and the dining tables are rich cherry wood w/ wenge trim. The beautiful interior décor is equally stunning with the same theme flowing throughout the main salon and formal dining area with taupe tone fabrics blended with the rich wood paneling, plus rich cherry wood flooring. Indoor formal dining seats up to 12 with leather dining chairs.

 

The 116' Azimut accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms. She features numerous comfortable outdoor lounging and al fresco options from the bow, fly bridge to the aft deck.

-Owner's private master suite is fully separate with a private stair case leading below amidships with King size bed, sitting chairs, small self service bar, and safe. The large en suite bathroom has bathtub and separate jet rain shower, twin sinks.

-Two identical VIP suites with Queen beds
-Two identical Guest suites with Twin beds
Each with en suite bathroom and jet rain shower
All new soft goods e.g. bed covers, linens, towels, etc. and light carpeting below deck.

 

On the main deck there is a media room forward which has a convertible sofa bed (double) and a day head just opposite with with jet shower which closes off to make a private cabin. There is an additional day head on the main deck.

The spacious fly bridge is where all of the fun takes places and is ideal for entertaining and outdoor enjoyment with large center line Jacuzzi on deck, marble top wet bar/TV and 3 bar stools, comfortable al fresco dining seats up to 10 with extendable teak table, New Murray teak deck chairs and c-shaped dining sofa.

Spacious main aft deck offers al fresco dining for up to 10 and is, yet, another fabulous area for enjoying the outdoors in stylish comfort.

Captain - Joshua Tsoumis, American
Josh was born in San Diego, CA in 1976. He comes from a family lineage of sailors from Europe and the New England area and spent most of his childhood on the West Coast which spurred his love of the outdoors. Josh spent most of his free time rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding, hiking or camping. Captain Josh always had an adventurous spirit, which inevitably led him to the sea.
After finishing his education, Josh traveled abroad where he discovered the yachting industry. He spent 10+ years on various yachts ranging in size from 80’-220’ cruising and chartering the South Pacific, Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean, Central America, and East and West coast USA. Captain Josh passion for yachting led him to become a Captain of a range of all types of vessels, from tug boats, sailing yachts, and motoryachts worldwide. With a zest to learn more he got his hands on any and all types of vessels. He now holds a USCG 1600 Ton Masters license with a 3000 ITC tonnage rating for all oceans.
Captain Josh’s main passion is sharing his vast experience of unique destinations unknown to most and accessible only by boat.

Chef - Lucas Pappenberger, American
Lucas was raised in Sacramento, California, known as the farm to fork capitol of the world, an environment full of passion for food. Throughout his young life he has been involved with preparing excellent cuisine; learning from is TV chef Aunt Regina Campbell, through his travels across Europe and Asia, and experience growing up with California/Fusion cuisine. Chef Lucas attended the Culinary School of Nuremberg, Germany, and has worked in high end restaurants and caterers in Germany and the United States. Chef Lucas enjoys the yachting community and looks forward too many adventures onboard Motoryacht Tail Lights.

Chief Stewardess - Sandra Murphy, Irish
Born in Boston and raised in Southern Ireland, Sandra had always had a passion for the sea having grown up in the Kinsale, a small quaint fishing village known for its large yachting marina. Craving to see more of the world after studying for a degree in interior design and Architecture, Sandra set sail for a life on board the world’s finest super yachts. Having spent size years as a waitress, Sandra is not only well versed in top-shelf but is bubbly and possesses a caring and courteous nature. With a passion for the open water, Sandra is ready to pamper guest and bring her Irish charm to the exquisite interior department.

2nd Stewardess - Lisa Murphy, Irish
Lisa was born in Co Cork Ireland, in a small harbored village called Kinsale. When turning 20 she packed her bags and went straight into the yachting industry. She combined her passion for traveling and love for the ocean into one and has not looked back since. Previously Lisa has worked on M/Y Baton Rouge doing the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons. She is now excited about the new challenge being aboard motor yacht TAIL LIGHTS, Lisa has been in the industry for six years now and enjoys it very much. Her Hobbies include surfing, soccer and swimming.

Engineer/Mate - Jeff Marshall, American
Jeff is a seasoned mariner with over 10 years’ experience. Jeff served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 4 years as electrician aboard ship. He has a strong back ground in marine engineering and electrical systems. Jeff spent several years working on a commercial dive charter boat in the Bahamas where they would have diving enthusiasts aboard doing 4-5 dives per day. He is also a licensed captain and brings a variety of skills to his current position as chief engineer aboard m/y TAIL LIGHTS, where he joined the yacht early 2016. Jeff has been involved during the refit period completed in Viareggio at the Azimut yard, where he recently underwent a 5-month extensive refit

Deckhand – Danny Paciello, American
Danny is from south Florida born and raised in West Palm ach. He has been in the yachting industry for over two years staring his career on a 164’ motoryacht. Florida has been a great start for to Danny’s love of the ocean and outdoors. He enjoys surfing, wake-boarding, camping, dirt bikes and travel. Danny is passionate about the Caribbean Islands for he lived in St. John for nearly a year. He is a great addition to TAIL LIGHTS crew as we explore the islands together.
