Crew profile:
Ivan and Chrissy Draper both come from the UK. Your Captain, Ivan, was born and grew up in London. He has been sailing for almost 30 years and is a Commercially Endorsed RYA Ocean Yachtmaster 200gt with an experience of more than 70,000 nautical miles. He has worked professionally for over 10 years as both a delivery and charter skipper, having skippered a variety of catamarans and monohulls in many different seas, such as the Med, the Atlantic, the Caribbean, the Channel, Suez Canal, the Red Sea and the Australian Whitsunday Islands. Ivan has made several Atlantic crossings in both ways.

Chrissy was born in London and spent the first 20 years of her life growing up in Scotland. In 2002 Ivan introduced her to sailing in the BVI's, where she fell in love with sailing and the sea and now has as much passion for it as she does for cooking her sumptuous food. Chrissy is a qualified Day Skipper and has accompanied Ivan on all charter trips as chef and on many of his delivery trips as mate. Back in the UK, Ivan & Chrissy both worked in service industries. Chrissy with over 20 years in catering and Ivan in banking and recruitment. They owned and ran a large hotel in Buckinghamshire, which included two restaurants. Chrissy, as manager, often worked alongside the chefs in the kitchen producing the quality food needed by their customers.

In 2007 Ivan & Chrissy moved to Corfu from where they have based their passions for the sea, with Ivan as skipper and Chrissy as chef in charter environments. Ivan sails the boat and supervises the watersports. He also helps out with the food service, drinks and looks after cooking on the BBQ when called for! Chrissy is most at home in the galley, looking after the food prep, cooking and presentation. She will also be looking after the guest cabins and the boat interior.
