The most sophisticated technology is also utilised in the design and construction of the Falcon 115 private yacht. Captain Antonis was born in 1976 in Piraeus, Greece. He is married and has one child. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra. In 2013 Antonis graduated from the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Economy Competitiveness and Shipping Seafarers Training Directorate (KESEN).and holds Captain Class A’ diploma. Antonis has worked as officer on cargo tanker ships and cruise ships and has vast experience as captain on board luxury yachts such as: m/y “Sea U”, m/y “Aphrodite”, m/y “Venezuella”, m/y “Lady P” , m/y \"Noni\", and prior to joining m/y \"Helios\", Captain Antonios was head of the helm on board luxurious and well known yacht m/y \"O\'Pari\" and m/y \"Happy Dolphin II\". He is a very devoted Captain who earns the respect and admiration instantly, both from his crew and his guests and speaks fluent English. During his free time he enjoys playing basketball and diving (he holds a first star diver certificate).


Chef Konstantinos was born March 26, 1984 in Arta, Greece. He is single and speaks conversational English and is familiar with French Cuisine Terminology. Konstantinos has graduated in 2007 from IEK “Le Monde” where he attended courses for Technical of Culinary Arts, and holds Certificates and Diplomas for: RO/RO Passenger and Basic Training for Life Saving and Fire Fighting. As Chef, Konstantinos enjoys creative cuisine and can please the most demanding clients for French, Italian, and Spanish and in general Mediterranean Cuisine. Konstantinos prior to joining m/y “Suncoco” was Chef for “L’Artigiano” restaurant, “Kyma” restaurant in Poros, “Best Friends” restaurant, “Cosica” Italian restaurant, “Kouzina” restaurant, on board f/b “Pasiphai Hellas” for Grimaldi Line Cruises, on board m/y “Iris”, “Suncoco”, and today Konstantinos has brought all his experience to M/Y “Suncoco”. During his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and relaxing listening to music.


Engineer Nikolaos was born April 4, 1980 in Athens, Greece. He is single and speaks conversational English and French. After completing high school, Nikolaos attended the “Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos” Athens, Greece, where he obtained his Engineer B’ Diploma and he also holds all necessary safety certificates. Nikolaos began his services at sea in 2000, where he served as Apprentice Engineer for merchant vessel m/t “Chrissi V”. In 2003 Nikolaos boarded m/t “Platinum” as 3rd Engineer, but he also served as 3rd Engineer m/t “Nikos IV” and M/T “Pearl”. In 2006 Nikolaos returned to M/T “Platinum”, but this time as 2nd Engineer, he also served as 2nd Engineer on board m/t “Criti Jade”. However, in 2009 Nikolaos brought his services and training to luxury motor yachts serving as 2nd Engineer on board m/y “Alfa”. Today Nikolaos is serving alongside with the immaculate crew of m/y “Helios”. During his free time he enjoys playing sports.


Chief Steward Sotiris was born May 19, 1971, in Patra, Greece and is single. Sotiris graduated from the “Technical Educational Institute” of Athens with a diploma in Tourism Management of Business Administration and Economy and also speaks fluent English. Further to his diploma, Sotiris also holds all necessary certificates, including those for Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances from the “Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos”, Athens. Sotiris has vast working experience beginning in 1992 on board luxury motor vessels and on luxury motor yachts such as m/y“Alexandra”,m/y “Tyndareo”, m/y “Alexandra K” and the last year on board m/y ”Helios”. He has continuously been working on board ever since1992. His vast experience and character are the key assets to his success in making sure that everything his guests require are met with the highest standards. During his free time, Sotiris enjoys computers, cinema, travelling and fishing.


Assistant Stewardess Nektaria was born April 27, 1975 in Crete, Greece. She is married and has two children. Nektaria speaks English and holds Certificate of National School of Life Saving & Fire Fighting Appliances of Aspropyrgos. She has been serving as Stewardess at sea since 2008, and has worked on board luxury motor yachts “Carmen Fontana”, “Carmen Serena” and “Erato”. During her free time she enjoys reading, theater and cinema.


Sailor George was born February 27, 1965, in Aigio, Greece. He is married and has one child. George has attended the “Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos” and in 2000 graduated as 2nd Officer. He has been serving at sea since 1987 on board cargo ships, and from 1998 on board luxury motor yachts “Sirius”, “Aegean Princess”, “Harmony”, “Trinity II”, and “Happy Dolphin II”. George holds speedboat license, speaks English, and during his free time he enjoys sports.
