The 120′ motor yacht Charisma was custom built in 2005 by Danube Marine and Staluppi Consulting and most recently refitted in 2016. This stunning planning hull designed yacht combines sophisticated style and comfortable cruising when a faster performance is desired.


Charisma’s interior layout sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 staterooms, including an on-deck master suite, and below deck 1 VIP stateroom, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin.
Forward to the salon and raised, is the pilot house, while forward on the main deck is the full beam master stateroom. Further guest accommodation is below decks in 3 en-suite cabins.


She has an experienced charter crew of 5 on board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Charisma offers an impressive top speed of 21 knots, a refined interior and amazing deck space with a variety of seating, sunning and al fresco dining for a true luxury experience.

Charisma is available for charter in Bahamas – both the Exumas and the Abacos.

Master cabin:
The master stateroom is on the main deck forward of the salon, with a full beam layout. The master cabin boasts a king size bed and large lounge area, forward and lower is a full changing area and generous en-suite.
VIP cabin:
On the lower deck a VIP cabin is forward and full beam of the yacht, with a king size bed, sofa and vanity.
All cabins are light and airy, each cabin features full air conditioning, TV entertainment and private en-suite facilities.

Captain: Nick Veselica
Nick was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He grew up sailing and power boating with his father in Lake Michigan and spent many summers in South Florida. Nick and his father rebuilt a sunken catamaran during his high school years then sailed the Bahamas during holidays for years. Nick moved to South Florida in 2009 permanently due to his love for ocean. He graduated from Lynn University in 2012 with his Bachelors in Business Administration. During his time in school in worked on yachts as a mate and then as a captain. Nick has now been working on yachts for 10 years and has managed a successful Yacht Management company. He has also completed numerous yacht refits. Nick has a passion for project management and enjoys seeing the reaction of a happy client.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Management, STCW, Advanced firefighting, 200 Ton USGC / 500 Ton IGT.

Mate: Bryan Melcher
Bryan was born in Illinois and raised in California. He relocated to Florida for school in 2005 and fell in love with the ocean. He has spent most of his time in South Florida around boats. Bryan jumped into the industry because of all the traveling he has done on his friend’s boats and love the idea of working. Before yachting Bryan worked in some high end hotels so it has been a nice transition from one to another. Bryan does not see himself doing anything else and feels he has found his place. Bryan has now worked in the yachting world for 7 years.
Education: Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Sports Management, STCW 95’, Powerboat level 2 inland/coastal planning, RYA Essential navigation and seamanship, Basic and Advanced firefighting.

Chef: Ely Reyad
Chef Ely Reyad wants you to savor every bite; his goal is to cook you the best food you’ve ever eaten. No matter your tastes, Ely has you covered. Born and raised in Egypt, he moved to the US in 2006, but has traveled all over the world seeking and learning new cuisines and techniques. His love of fresh and healthy international food feels both familiar and exotic and will delight your palate as well as your eyes. When Ely manages to escape from the galley, you will find him fishing, trolling through local markets, or running around a soccer pitch.

Deck: Drew hunt
Drew is native to Light House Point Florida. He grew up spending his days fishing with his father and boating with local friends. Drew spends his free time fishing and diving and loves to travel. Drew has been in yachting for two years now and has a goal of becoming a yacht captain. Drew also has a passion for spear fishing, he enjoys finding dinner for guests or just showing them underwater life.
Education: STCW, 6 – Pack Captain’s License, Open Water PADI Dive certified.

Stewardess: Parker Louis
Parker was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During her youth she spent most of her time on the water with her family. She enjoys all aspects of being on the water, fishing, surfing and snorkeling are some of her favorites. Parker is also a pastry chef and enjoys assisting the chef. Keeping guests happy and smiling is the most rewarding part of her job. Parker joined the yachting community in 2011 and hasn’t looked back. She enjoys travelling and seeing new places.
