To choose the right boat

Please take time to choose the right boat. Ask friends and family about that. If you never chartered a boat before please take into account: A boat is not similar to a hotel or to a cruiser as "Queen Mary". Please visit a boatshow before you decide to charter a boat the first time. And, if you have the possibility, just test your seafarer skills at the next lake or sea. Here you have some keywords to think about before you charter a boat:

• Motoryacht, Motorsailor or Sailing Yacht?
• Which lenght do I need for how many persons?
• How many berths do I need - is it enough to have so many berths as crew members
• Are all crew members fit for stay several days on very small space. Do you knwo all crew members?
• As beginner in sailing perhaps it is better to charter a boat with more engine power.
• Think about what equipment you need on your yacht. Please take into account that everything is not as big as you know.
